What is the best workout to do to prepare for basic training for the military?
Posted by: | Commentsim not the exercising type… but i can follow a workout. im 17, 5’11″ and weight 139lbs … im pretty sure i have about 6-7 mouths b4 navy bootcamp….so id like to know what kind of diet should i start and what workout should i do… thanks

is weight training necessary after a 60mins cardio workout?
Posted by: | Commentsi have lost 42kg for the past 12 months. and i’ve been skipping workouts at the gym for about 2 months now. i feel less motivated and i have very strong cravings for food nowadays. so i started goin back to the gym again, yesterday. but i am plotting to do cardio at the gym on mondays, weds n fridays. tuesdays and thursdays , i’ll do weight training with dumbells and floor exercises. but do i really need to do weight training after cardio. i dont like to stay at the gym very long.. i just want to do cardio and go home lol.. help pls

Can someone recommend a good beginner’s workout plan, both cardio & strength training?
Posted by: | CommentsI’m just starting to workout with the main goal of losing weight. I have about 80 pounds overall to lose in order to be at my goal weight. Ive worked out before in the past, but with small guidance. I’m wondering if there’s a sample plot anyone has that I can try using that includes strength training and cardio. I have an elliptical, home gym & boxing bag at home.
