At spring training workout,for how long do players workout?

what’s a good workout schedule for focusing on weight training and cardio?
Posted by: | CommentsI’m an intermediate so it’s no huge deal to workout five or more times a week. I’m just looking for a excellent schedule for weight training with different muscle groups and when and how often to throw in cardio.

I recently changed my daily workout from focusing on one body part a day to more of a circuit training where I hit all body parts using a different excerise each day. I dont want to get larger, I want to tone up instead. My shoulders, Back and Arms are excellent. I need to tone up my chest and legs though.
I do cardio 3 times a week as well.
Any advice or sugguestions would be fantastic

If I’m a swimmer in training, whats the best workout to get a strong core, upper body, back, and calves? Im trying to get the perfect swimmer body, and be ready to endure the hard workouts
any swimmers have excellent gym workouts that i could do?
