		<description>perfect, you can jog a mile to the gym about 3 times a week and use their machines to build some muscle - as for the amount of weight, stay light, and do a lot of reps (about 30 per machine) - also, on the days you don&#039;t go to the gym (so you can let your muscles relax), you can go bike riding (assuming you have a bike) or go jogging, swimming, etc.

As for what to eat, you should be eating at least 1200 calories. It would be best to eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day (about 200-300 calories each). These meals should consist of whole grains, lean meats, fruits, veggies, and nonfat dairy products. don&#039;t eat any fast food, over processed foods, sweets, red meat, or white bread/white rice. Make sure to drink plenty of water, drink nothing but water!
