High protein is a duh, but should I use stout or carbs? How can you gain muscle without gaining any stout at the same time?

And if I get a bot (or whatever) recommending acai berry, I’m going to snap.

    theres no food that will help u gain muscle u have to work out and stuff but after u work out eat pasta it helps regrow ur torn muscle quicker.

    low stout high carb and protein diet.
    you want simple carbs directly post workout
    complex carbs the rest of the day except maybe pre workout for energy
    lots of meat and eggs for high quality protein
    i guess u can eat beans and nuts but the quality of that protein isnt as excellent, and stay away from soy use whey.
    and wat do u mean by how can u gain muscle without gaining stout? why would u gain stout?

    - Lean Ground Turkey and turkey breast

    You also want to gradually increase your weights — you need to increase the demands you impose on your body in order to make it larger, stronger and leaner. Muscle will modify itself to meet the challenges and it will grow in proportion to the amount of work it is required to do.

    The best methods to increase muscle are: Resistance, repetitions and increasing the work volume.

    Tuna is a fantastic source of protein with low stout (don’t use mayo). You have to intake some stout with your diet but try to focus on healthy fats (nuts, olive oil, etc). Keep the carbs simple and healthy (whole wheats, fruits, etc).
    Shakes can work well, just be careful about some of the other health info on the mark. Some of them are very high in cholesterol, which can cause health problems while you get healthy.
