		<description>how much body fat do you have?  if you have a lot of fat muscles develop under the fat and it won&#039;t be visable unitl you loose the fat.  that&#039;s the reason behind all the low fat diets.  i got a coworker who can reps 225 on bech press, but i can&#039;t see any muscle b/c he has too much body fat.</description>
