The only way to tone is cardio, different types such as jump rope, jog and then sprint for 15 seconds then keep jogging for few miles.  Try exercising 4-5 times a week.  Make sure you lift weights (you WILL NOT get muscular), this helps your metabolism to raise causing you to shed fat during the day. 
Your # 1 best way to lose fat is to eat healthy, there&#039;s good sites to show you a decent diet. Gotta eat small meals throughout the day to give energy.  Losing fat = raising metabolism.
Also, remember this.  Healthy weight loss is 1 to 1.5 lbs a week, anything more will be loss of water and muscles. YOU DO NOT WANT THAT!!!!!</description>

		<description>Going out and running or swimming or riding a bike is not going to turn you into a body builder. Unless you want the skeleton look.... just exercise and eat well! Muscle is important we are meant to have it. You wont gain abnormal amounts unless you target specific areas and work on the area all the time. General exercise will not make you look stupid. =)</description>
