		<description>Weight lifting is an excellent way to accomplish both. Very few recognize the effectiveness of weight lifting for burning fat these days. It can be done very well, especially when working out for about 1 hour.

You should try going low on carbohydrates and high on protein when doing this to maximize your results with building lean muscle mass and burning off fat.
