How do I gain muscle and lose stout at the same time?
I want to lose weight but I also want to bulk up my upper body. I know in order to lose weight, I need to cut down on carbs, but do I cut down on carbs if I’m trying to gain muscle too?

  1. Cran Juice says:

Exercise. Cardio burns stout, weigh resistance gains muscle. Work more on cardio before you focus on gaining muscle. Many people make the mistake of working solely on muscles without cardio. What happens is they end up gaining muscle over stout and they end up looking larger, but not in the way they were aiming for.

In order to get the best results, switch up exercising. For example, change your method of cardio (running, biking) every other day, and work out different muscle groups on other days. You can do abs every day, but change that up too; and never do sit ups, as they do practically nothing.

Never cut out food groups. Carbohydrates give you the energy for exercise. You also burn it off while exercising. Eating protein after a work out helps your muscles.

First go on the tredmill first to lose stout then do sit-ups,pushups,and lift weights to gain muscle

  3. not possible.

you can MINIMIZE muscle loss while burning stout at tops by working out with weight and consuming 2x protein your bodyweight.

this is while you loose weight weight on a carb diet with HIIT.

  4. Steven says:

Weight lifting is an brilliant way to accomplish both. Very few recognize the effectiveness of weight lifting for burning stout these days. It can be done very well, especially when working out for about 1 hour.

You should try going low on carbohydrates and high on protein when doing this to maximize your results with building lean muscle mass and burning off stout.

    All the best. : )
