I am going to start using P90X in hopes of gaining muscle mass and looking similar to the people on the infomercials. I am currently 6 feet and 170 pounds (male). I am right around 10% body stout and in pretty excellent shape. The one thing that I know I dont get enough of is protein. How much would you suggest to gain muscle mass during those 90 days? Also any tips on carb and stout intake would be appreciated.

    As a rule of thumb consume 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Make sure you are consuming ample amounts of whole food proteins as well as quality whey protein! As far as your nutrition stick to a 60/20/20 mix
