any swimmers have excellent gym workouts that i could do?

      A swimmer does have a strong core and upper body but another very vital muscle to consider in a swimmer is the ****!!!! Usually a excellent swimmer at a younger level (14 to 18 years ancient) has a nice rounded **** and lets just say it is very Hot. Nice A$$!!!

      well ive seen a few videos that say v-ups is a excellent excersise to increase core strength, check this out

      it’s for lower, and upper body strength
