Is this a good workout in general and to get ready for basic training and for navy diver?

hello questioned:


I have been doing this everyday,close to a month now, and will be doing it for the next 5 months before I go into navy basic training because I want to be a diver:
3.5 mile run
10 mile bycicle (stationary) on level 2 and 3
30-35 minutes circuit workout with weights
70 situps
120-130 pushups
Is this excellent enough or should I add more? (remember I rest only 1 time a week)

    add a small weight lifting – have you felt the weight of all that kit?

    i do it for fun and mine is heavy enough
