Is 21g of Protein good after a weight training + Cardio workout?

I do Benching + Dumbbell exercises with decent sized weights plus a small cardio. I take a Promax meal bar with me to eat Straight after the gym. Im not huge (16, medium build) Is 21g of protein plus a healthy diet enough to support muscle build?

it is ok but if u trying to get larger u should take a gram of protein for every pound u weigh per day
Recommended protein intake depends on your diet and workout intensity. If you are eating enough meat and other protein sources during the day that should be excellent if you are not looking to pack on a ton of muscle. Generally your protein intake should be about.8-1.2g per pound of muscle you have.
