Is this a good workout in general and to get ready for basic training and for navy diver?

hello questioned:


I have been doing this everyday,close to a month now, and will be doing it for the next 5 months before I go into navy basic training because I want to be a diver:
3.5 mile run
10 mile bycicle (stationary) on level 2 and 3
30-35 minutes circuit workout with weights
70 situps
120-130 pushups
Is this excellent enough or should I add more? (remember I rest only 1 time a week)

    I would most certainly say so. Are you already certified? If not, you may want to practice deep breathing exercises so that you will be able to control buoyancy when you are really in the water with minimal weights.

    When you do your workouts, concentrate on breathing from your stomach.

    Learn to stay on your side of the fence, quit invading and making enemies in every country that has OIL.

    Become a businessman, sell scuba gear and training, get into aqua culture, join Green Peace, work at an aquarium, anything but hunting and killing people in other countries. You’ll make a lot more money, have a lot more fun and earn some respect and admiration..
