About an hour, hour and half should do it. But if you want really good results, only work out on monday, Wednesday, and friday.

If you are doing your speed work after the plyometrics then you should not do much.
10x100 strides is enough.
Doing plyometrics 2 days each week is a good idea, you should be doing easy distance of 3 to 5 miles 3 days, and lift weights twice each week.
The length of time you are training is not important, what is important is that you are training correctly in your form, and recovering from a hard day before doing another hard day.

A plyometric day usually only lasts less than one hour, but I don't know your routine and how much rest you are taking between drills.
