I woke up with super terrible menstrual cramps this morning, took some medicine and layed on the couch for a while with the heating pad. After a couple of hours I was feeling better and chose that I would go ahead and road train (plus, a excellent workout always helps my cramps). Anyways, after a few minutes of biking my cramps kicked in again in full force and kept coming and going the whole 3.5 hours I was out riding. Has your training ever made your cramps worse? Anyone know why this happened? Thanks in advance!
I’m absolutely sure they were menstrual cramps…I have IBS issues as well and can ALWAYS tell digestive vs. menstrual cramps.

    Are you SURE they were menstral cramps?? Maybe it was something in concerning your digestion..or gas.

    That doesn’t sound normal to me.

    If this is something unusual for you, you might want to considering going to your doctor for a check up, especially if it should happen again.

    It’s better to be safe and not take chances with your health.
