Gain Muscle?
ByWolfe (WHOISWOLF) questioned:
I’m 5’11 around 200 pounds maybe a small under, this is very vital I don’t want to lose weight, I want to gain muscle and turn or replace the stout with muscle (I know it weighs more).

I am running about a mile a day, walk around the house alot (I have this thing where when my mind starts moving my body starts moving, the doctors say its my body trying to keep up with my mind.)
I am going to be starting Taekwondo when I find a respectable school around where I live.(Conyers, GA)
I have also ordered the p90x system, is this a excellent system?
What I really need to know is what do I eat? I can not eat any seafood so please don’t suggest it (I will break out or worst die).
I don’t want to be super huge but I want to be semi, just not enough to make my body off part (sp?)
I forgot I’m 17.

Hi
You need to eat high protein food so eat lots of chicken and none fatty red meat. Drink milk and eat dairy foods. Also as your body is mainly water drink at least 2 liters a day.
Email me if you want to discuss your exercise / diet plot. I have trained lots of men to competition standards.
Best wishes
Andy
listen do that guy who answered first.
or just exercise(like on machines)
lift weights, buy a book on if you need a guide on what to do.
Yes the p90 x system is excellent I also have it. What you need to do is eat about 6 smaller meals a day. ex. about 2whole eggs with 6 egg whites and a cup of oatmeal with some fruit, for your second mean do an apple or 2 with a few crackers and some peanut butter for your 3rd do something like a healty chicken wrap or something along those lines with some fruit and veggies for your 4rd do a protein shake with some yogurt or low stout pudding and blueberries for your 5th do about 6-8 ounces of lean meat with some brown rice and lots or veggies preferrable broccoli and then finally something like a protein shake with some kind of excellent carbs.
I will answer the question the best I can without writing a complete book on this page:-) When you receive your order, you will have a nutrition guide and workout guide. First make sure that you complete the fitness test in the exercise guide, this will give you a base and better enable you to track your results.
As far as nutrition, it will lay out a meal/part plot for you. The small of the plot is eating 5-6 meals per day. The guide has a formula you can use to figure out how many calories in a day. For me I started with phase 1 eating but only did it for a week and then switched to phase 2 eating. I am eating around 2500 calories per day but the guide told me to eat around 3000. Guess what, it was right I have lost weight because I am not eating enough calories. I plot on bumping up calories to not lose any more weight.
I am currently 6’1 201 lbs. Last fall I was 295 lbs. Yes I believe in this program. It is intense, but as long as you do your best and are disciplined with eating and exercise, you too should see results.
Getting back to nutrition. Follow the guide but you will be eating foods high in protein (Chicken breast, turkey bacon, turkey pepperoni, ground turkey, cheese, egg white, pistachios, etc). Fish would be fantastic but I don’t want to see you die. You will also whole wheat carbs and excellent fats.
Let me know if i can help you with any other questions.
Everyone is basically saying the same thing……PROTIEN!!!! Get a lot of protein, im not sure the exact number i get about 70grams of protein if i am doing a medium workout. I also bought this protein shake
