Yeah, if you eat a lot of protein and excersize(i.e. weights, cardion the whole nine yards), you should lose stout and gain muscle. you’ll look leaner and more defined(“ripped”), because muscle weighs more than stout. Excellent Luck!
Exercise builds muscle. Cardio workouts are brilliant for endurance and for the function of the heart muscle. Weight lifting increases strength. Muscle does weigh more than stout, and if there is an excess in stout, diet changes are certainly in order. Funky weird diets work initially and then fail. People tend to either gain the weight back or gain more weight than when they started. Changing food choices can be all that’s needed.Fresh fruits and veggies instead of candy, lean meats instead of hamburgers, water and juices instead of cola. Check out your BMI to see if weight loss is needed. try this site.http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmicalc.htm From there you can structure a plot of cardio and weight lifting exercises. Consult your school coach if you are in school. Cardio aerobic exercise can be quick walking, jogging, bicycling, roller blading, swimming. You can even mix it up. Weight lifting is best done with an experienced partner. Eating well and daily exercise is something we all must do for the rest of our lives. I also believe that a daily multivitamin is essential because these days, one cannot eat all the nutrients the body needs. I found that a six pack can be achieved with exercise but for the muscles to show, the stout has to be gone and that requires a nutritionally sound diet. Excellent luck on your quest. Measure your waist at the level of your belly button. A man’s waist should not be greater than 35 inches. Larger than that diverts oxygen carrying blood away from vital organs and eventually will lead to diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke. I know you will succeed. Have a fantastic week.
