		<description>A good thing to know is that if the body gets too much protein that your body will go from having a high salinity (salt) to turning more alkaline( vinegar) You will know when you are getting too much protein when your urine and possibly your skin will start to smell a little like vinegar. That&#039;s when overdose happens and you should back off. 
Stay healthy! Protein is great for building muscle but make sure you are getting all of your recommended daily value of all your foods.  Most protein powder will have recommended dosage/weight. Heavy weight, lots of sets will develop larger muscles- lift the heaviest weight you can (with a spotter) and do as many reps as you can do, Then reduce weight until ti is now the heaviest weight you can do- until you are at just lifting the bar with trouble. Light weight, lots of reps and lots of sets will develop strength and definition. Lift the bar or just a little heavier until you just cant do it anymore.</description>
