How do you eat right to gain muscle without using all those supplements?

chicken and broccoli. the broccoli helps your body absorb the protein and iron from the chicken…voila, weight loss without muscle loss

Before I would say eat an orange – not juice. After coconut milk restores electorlites.
lots of protein. meat, fruit, veggies, and ONLY once in a while sweets, lots of exercise. Hope this helped! =D

After a workout its best to take in protein in liquid form as your body will absorb the protein in liquid form much more quicker than the protein in solids. If you don’t want to use whey supplement protein for shakes, you can simply make a shake at home with a couple of egg whites, some milk & a fruit you like. Eating before working out is a bit more complicated. If you like to work out in the morning, you can have a lil yoghurt or a fruit such as an apple an hour or half an hour before you start exercising. Take in plenty of proteins (fish, eggs, pulses, meat etc) and stick to your regime. Hope this helps
lean meats such as chicken, steak, and fish make sure when you cook them you use no seasons and such best is to eother boil in hot watter or grill and green vegetables such as grean beans and ect. again make sure to stay away from seasons and spices and stuff keep everything you eat natural this should help the body when you work out to produce raw muscles you never need to take supplements that is just the simple way out
