  3. Haha I’m in that same situation except I have 5 months, lol. First off eat everything in ur path especially milk products and drink water all day. Second just exercise,, I find that if u listen to loud music it tends to get u pumpd.

    Excellent luck

Use Huge time and Muscle program!

I read about both here and even tried them both. I didnt stay past the trial and wasnt a fan of Muscle Mights taste. I really liked the Huge Time though :)

If you want to gain muscle without access to a gym, here’s what you need to do. First, you need to perform some type of exercise that will allow you to go heavy weight around. Look for large rocks, sand bags, buckets full of dirt, ancient tires, masonry blocks – really anything that you can use as a free weight.

Then modify a few of the basic free weight compound movements like – squats, bench press, overhead press, lunges, rows, dead lift, bicep curls, calf raises etc. Also try to work in the major body weight exercises like, push-ups, pull-ups, handstand press and crunches. Keep your workouts limited to 20 – 45 minutes in duration and rest for 1.5 – 2 minutes between sets. Train ever other day targeting 1 or 2 different major body parts at each workout.

Then get your nutrition plot in order. If you don’t have any money, stop taking supplements and start buying nutritious and affordable foods like, canned tuna, chicken breast, turkey breast, ground beef, oatmeal, veggies and fruits, whole grain pastas and breads. Eat a serving of protein, carbohydrate and veggies with each meal and focus on eating 5 – 6 meals each day spread out every 2 – 3 hours throughout the day. Drink a minimum of 1 gallon of water each day.

If you really want to get serious about building muscle, then you need to learn how to calculate your basal metabolic rate, your total daily expended energy and account for the energy expenditure of your workouts and target a specific calorie value – but if you implement the steps above in a consistent manner, you will start to build some muscle mass.
